Traveled to explore Parma, this apartment was a good base for doing it. Efficient check-in, AMIABLE staff. Nice safety measures, include smoke detectors in the room. Things like a bidet, terry robes and towels were available in the external bathroom. I loved that location was marvellous. Adjacent to the bus stop, 5 minutes' walk away.
